Common Problems
- Bought a guild transfer and got stuck
- Purchased a guild name change but cannot complete it in-game
- Got a guild faction change, paid for it, and didn't go through in-game
Guild name changes, realm transfers, or faction changes can take up to 24 hours to complete. If your character service has not completed, check your transaction status to see if the purchase was successful. If your guild service was not delivered and it has been more than 24 hours since the purchase completed, contact us for assistance.
