Common Problems
- Error: "Oops! Something went wrong."
- Error: "You are not eligible to claim this product."
- When I try to enter in my Reaper of Souls key I get an error.
Reaper of Souls is an expansion. To claim Reaper of Souls you must first own Diablo III Standard Edition.
If you do have Diablo III but still receive an error, make sure that your Reaper of Souls code is for the same region as your Diablo III account.
If you purchased your code somewhere other than the Battle.net Shop, please refer back to the point of sale or retailer for a refund or exchange.
