Starter Restrictions After Adding a Game Time or Subscription

When you add game time to an inactive or newly created World of Warcraft account, Starter Edition Limitations will apply until the order is Complete. This may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment method used. You can see the status of your order in your Transaction History.
If you have multiple World of Warcraft accounts (WoW1, WoW2...), verify which one you activated and make sure you launch the game selecting the correct WoW account. If you added your game time or subscription to the wrong account, contact us.
If 24 hours have passed, the order shows as Complete, and you still see Starter Edition Limitations try to reset your password. This will refresh your account's status with our servers and remove the restrictions.
Customer Support cannot remove starter restrictions.
