Common Problems
This error displays when you attempt to claim a gift that you already claimed. If you have two Battle.net Gifts windows open at the same time, claim the item on one, then attempt to claim it again on the second, this error will display.
Reopening your Gifts page should fix this error and remove previously-claimed gifts. If you get this error while in the Battle.net Desktop App, log out and back in
