- The email used for Parental Controls is incorrect, I need to update it to access the settings
- I want to change the email used for Parental Controls, I no longer have access to the previous one
You can change the Parental Controls email address in the Parental Portal. To make the change, you still need access to the original email. If you lost access to the original email, contact us.
