Common Problems
- I can't see the option to buy a Guild Transfer
- "This character is still on cooldown for this service."
- "This name is not available on that realm."
- "An error has occurred, please try again later"
Only the Guild Master can start a Guild Service.
Guild Services can only be purchased through the In-Game Shop; they are not available on the Web Shop. If you cannot find your Guild Master character or realm, ensure that the character and guild are eligible for a Guild Service.
The country of residence registered on your Battle.net account must belong to the same region as your World of Warcraft account. For example, if you play on American realms, the country registered on your Battle.net account must belong to America. If you recently moved countries, you can update your registered country on your Battle.net account to resolve the error.
