Common Problems
- Finished the War of the Thorns quests but did not receive a mount
- Did not receive Undercity Plague Bat
- Did not receive Teldrassil Hippogryph
These mounts are a reward for finishing the Battle for Azeroth pre-patch quest content, the War of the Thorns quest chain.
The quest chain was only available for a limited time during the pre-patch period, and has since been removed with the launch of Battle for Azeroth. If you completed these quests and did not receive the mount, contact Customer Support for assistance.
