Common Problems
- I was gifted the game, but I don't see it on my account
- I placed an order for the game and cannot find it in my Battle.net app
- I bought the game but I don't see the install option
- I own the game but the app is telling me that I need to buy it
Installation
You can install Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone from the Call of Duty tab on the the Battle.net App. If you cannot see the game icon click on All Games, then Activision games and click on Call of Duty.
The installation steps will allow you to pick the game(s) you want, but if you already installed any of the games above, you can install a new one following these steps:
- Click the cog icon next to the Play button
- Select Modify Install
- Select Modify Install again in the new window
- Tick the game(s) you wish to install
- Click confirm
Call of Duty: Vanguard, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will continue to be accessed separately on the favorites bar and in your library.
