Common Problems
- When I click on on "restore items" the page refreshes
- The restoration page is stuck in a loop
- Item restoration page is not loading the list of deleted items
- I can't restore my items
If you have loading issues on the item restoration page try the following:
- If you are using a mobile device, try accessing the restoration page on a PC
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Try using a different device/network
If you tried the above and you are still having trouble, please try again later or contact us with a list of the items you wanted restored so we can investigate.
Note: Your character must possess in inventory all materials and/or currencies obtained when you disenchanted the item before it can be restored.
