Cannot Purchase a Character Service - Caged Battle Pet Error
Common Problems
- Cannot transfer realms, I have a caged pet that I cannot learn
- Unable to transfer or change factions, i get an error that I have a pet
Characters that have caged or unlearned pets in their inventory or bank cannot start a paid service.
To resolve this issue, log in and add any caged or unlearned pets to your collection. If you receive the error "Can't Add Companion To Your Account", you can trade the pet to another character or contact us.
