Cannot Complete Captcha

Common Problems

  • After failing the "I'm not a robot" challenge I get the error "Too many attempts"
  • The captcha doesn't let me get past the "Which email/account are you trying to retrieve" question
  • BLZBNTAC00000001. There's a problem with our CAPTCHA services right now. Read our support article for more information.

If you can't read the captcha:

  1. Click on the option to ask for a new captcha until you find one you can read
  2. Zoom in the captcha image —hold the CTRL key and use the mouse wheel 

If you receive an error that the captcha is wrong:

  1. Make sure your caps lock is off
  2. If you have configured multiple languages for your keyboard, make sure you are typing in the right language
  3. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser or try a different browser

If you still can't access your account, contact customer support.
