We can't connect you to the Battle.net patch service. This may be a problem on our end, but please check your internet connection in case. The Battle.net desktop app will keep trying to contact the patch service. Restarting the app might help too.

The Battle.net desktop app can't access or download a configuration file required to load your installed games.

  1. Restart the  Battle.net desktop app to clear any stalled Agent processes.
  2. Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
  3. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
