Common Problems
The Battle.net desktop app is unable to install the selected product due to insufficient hard drive space.
Note: The Battle.net desktop app requires at least 100 MB of free space on your system drive for updates.
- Try to install the game to a different hard drive, if available.
- Uninstall unused programs or files to free hard drive space, then try again.

Run ScanDisk and defragment your hard drive to try to repair any bad sectors.
Note: Do not defragment a Solid State Drive (SSD).
