Common Problems
You will see this error message if your graphics card doesn't meet our minimum system requirements. If you meet the requirements and still receive this error, make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
If your drivers are up to date, try refreshing your desktop resolution:
- Right-click the desktop and select Display Settings.
- Click the Resolution dropdown, select a different setting, then click Keep Changes.
- Revert the changes by clicking the Resolution dropdown and selecting the Recommended setting.

Reset your in-game options to resolve crashing and performance problems.
