- Can't install Diablo II Lord of Destruction (2001)
- Error: The file "d2music.mpq" in archive "<any>" could not be opened, because an error 2 occurred. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (MPQFile::OpenFromArchive)
This error occurs when using a different installation media for Diablo II and for Lord of Destruction, for example, when using a CD ROM to install Lord of Destruction.
To resolve this error uninstall and reinstall the game. If you are installing from CD, both the base game and the expansion must be installed from CD. If you are missing one of the CDs, remove the CD from the DVD reader and log in to our downloads page to obtain the most recent installer.
