Mail Sent to Character Before or During Service and Never Arrived
Common Problems
- Bought a realm transfer and forgot I had gold in the mail I sent to myself from an alt
- Did a faction change, and the mats in my mailbox are lost, can you recover them?
- Want to restore items and gold I sent to my character by post before I moved servers
The game does not forward gold or items in the mailbox to a new realm/ faction. For further assistance, contact Customer Support.
