Common Problems
- Bought the wrong item on Auction House, can I have it refunded?
- I changed my mind and don't want the item I bought on the auction house
- There were multiple of the same item and I accidentally bought the expensive one
Customer Support can't refund or reverse an unwanted auction house purchase or sale. If you bought an item from the auction house and no longer want it, your only option is to relist the item for auction.
