Common Problems

  • Error: "You are currently offline. You must reconnect before you can proceed. However, you can still access your collection offline"
  • Error: "Your connection timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone servers"
  • I can't log in to Hearthstone while on my cellphone, but I can with wi-fi
  • Hearthstone won't connect when I launch it because of "Playful Sprites"

Before trying any of the following steps, check for outage information on Twitter @BlizzardCS, the technical support forums, or wait a while and then try again..

  1. Make sure the app is up to date
  2. Restart your device and try again
  3. Ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements to run Hearthstone.
  4. If you are on an Android device, access your app storage in device settings and clear the Hearthstone app cache/data
  5. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game
