- I cannot buy the blueprints for the Fishing Shack
- The achievement Draenor Angler did not grant me the blueprints for the Fishing Shack
To upgrade the Fishing Shack to level 3 in your Garrison you must:
- Upgrade your garrison to level 3
- Earn the achievement Draenor Angler
- Buy and learn the blueprint Fishing Shack, Level 3 from Rezlak (horde) or Sparz Boltwist (alliance)
