Common Problems
- Account or character locked due to payment issue
- Placed an order, had the product, but now it's gone
- Recently purchased a subscription, but my game-time expired
- I made a Balance charge-up, waited more than 24 hours, but I still haven't received it
If you attempted to make a purchase with credit card or PayPal, but did not receive the product, the payment may have been declined for security reasons. You can see the status on any orders you have placed in your transaction history. You should also have received an email if an order is declined.
Before you place a new order:
- If you are using a VPN, disable it.
- Make sure your Battle.net account information is accurate. If outdated, you should update the registered name and country on your Battle.net account.
- Make sure your payment method information is accurate. We recommend that you remove the payment method from your account and add it again.
If the problem continues after following the steps above, or if your account was locked, contact us.
