Common Problems
Before trying any of the following steps check the BlizzardCS Twitter. If you're experiencing connection or login issues with World of Warcraft, check the Realm Status page. If the service is offline, try again later. If the servers are available, or if your game doesn't have a Service Status page, continue troubleshooting.
If you are unable to connect, or if you are experiencing high latency or frequent disconnects while playing the game, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Delete the Battle.net & Blizzard Entertainment Folders
- Log in manually from wow.exe
- Scan and Repair
- User Interface Reset
