Missing Horadric Legacy Cosmetic Set from Pre-Registering Diablo Immortal

The Horadric Legacy pre-registration cosmetic reward for Diablo Immortal can only be claimed on one character.  In order to receive this reward, you must be at least level 10 and finish the tutorial within 30 days of the launch of the game.  

How to Claim

If you have not claimed the reward on any character, please log into the character you want to receive this reward, and follow these steps:

1. Click or tap the three bars in the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Click or tap Events on the left hand side.
3. You will see a screen with a Claim button if you have not yet claimed the rewards.
4. Once claimed, the rewards will be found in your mail on that character.

To access your mailbox:

1. Click the three bars again.
2. Click the envelope.  If you have unread mail, it will have a red dot on it as well to notify you of this. You must be at least level 10 to unlock the mailbox.

If you already claimed the reward, but don't remember which character you claimed it on, you can search for your characters by logging into the game and clicking on the server that pops up above "tap to play". You should see an option called "My Heroes" on the left hand side of the server selection window that comes up. Click this, and all your heroes and their servers will be listed.

Note: Game Masters cannot grant these rewards. They cannot be transferred between characters or servers.
