Received Item for the Wrong Class

The majority of items in Modern World of Warcraft drop for your class and specialisation. However, there are some exceptions where items may not drop for your class:

Warband Until Equipped

For Warband-forged items introduced in The War Within expansion, please, see this guide ( Warbound-Until-Equipped Gear section). When this gear is generated it does not take your character's class, or specialisation, into account.

Legacy Raids

When going through raids using Legacy Loot Rules it is intended that characters receive loot for different classes. For more info on legacy loot, please, see this article.
