Common Problems
- I did not receive a charge to use the Catalyst.
- The Catalyst shows no charges available, but I haven't used it this week.
- I haven't received my Essence of Kaja'mite this week.
The Matrix Catalyst receives a charge every other week. In TWW Season 3, the first charge of Ethereal Voidsplinter was granted at the start of the season, which means a second charge will become available on the 26th (US) / 27th (EU) of August. A new charge will then become available every second week after reset.
An additional charge can be earned in Season 3 by completing the The War Within Season 3: Voidborne Victor achievement, which grants Crystallized Ethereal Voidsplinter. This item can be used to earn an additional Ethereal Voidsplinter to power the Catalyst with at any time.
