Unknown Battle.net Account Connected to Xbox Account

- I have an unknown Battle.net Account connect to my Xbox account. How do I fix it?
If you receive the error message “Whoops Something Went Wrong”, while confirming your connection, this may mean your third-party account (Xbox) is already connected to another Battle.net Account. If you want to change which Battle.net Account you are connected with, follow the steps below.
Warning: Game progress for some titles (Diablo IV, Overwatch 2) will be lost in the relinking process. This is a permanent loss. If you do not want to lose your progress, you will have to play on the original Battle.net Account. Customer Support cannot assist with lost progress.
- Log into your third-party account (Xbox) and stay logged in
- Log into the Battle.net Account you want to connect with
- In the Battle.net Account, select Connections
- Use the third-party options on the Connections page to link your accounts
