Cannot Log in to the App, But Can Log in to the Website
Common Problems
- I get an error when I try log into the app, but I can login to my account management page
- We couldn't log you in with what you just entered. Please try again
- Be sure to enter the Battle.net account email address and password correctly.
- If your login information is saved, try re-entering your Battle.net account email and password.
- If the issue persists, try resetting your Battle.net password.
