Common Problems
- I won the roll for an Excessively Bejeweled Curio but it didn't go into my bags.
- I won the bejeweled token in LFR and left before it went into my bags, but it wasn't sent to my mailbox.
It is not possible to roll on a second Excessively Bejeweled Curio with Group Loot if you already have one in your inventory or bank. You will need to either spend any token that you have before you can roll on another, or have another player trade the token to you after they have received it.
Our developers are currently investigating a specific issue with the Postmaster not mailing the LFR version of the token. For now, make sure rolls are complete and the token is in your bags before leaving the raid instance to avoid further issues.
