Main Menu in Overwatch Shows Loot Boxes Available But Loot Boxes Page Shows 0 Remaining
Common Problems
- I have 2 loot boxes to open, but when I go to the menu, there's 0 loot box.
This issue has now been resolved. All unopened Loot boxes were automatically opened when you first logged into the game. This will happen any time there is a new season or midseason patch, so all unopened loot boxes were opened again on May 20, 2025 for the Season 16 midseason.
Please note that you can review what was earned from each Loot box in the Loot box Details page, linked at the bottom right of the Loot box screen in-game. This can be especially useful when trying to find the content of Loot boxes that were opened automatically at the start of the new season.
