Can't Use Guild Rename Option Due To "Unknown Error"

- I want to change my guild name but it doesn't work
- I get Unknown Error trying to update my guild name
- My guild master can't change our guild's name
We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
