Unable to Loot Black Blood Coagulate in a Horrific Vision for the Quest Enhancing Corruption

One Black Blood Coagulate is awarded in the reward chests at the end of a run for each successful completion of a Lost quest area when in a Horrific Vision. There are only two Lost areas available in each Horrific Vision and the quest requires eight items.
