- I didn't receive the Blood Foe Gem on my account
- I claimed the free gem but I didn't get it in my bags
- I still can't use the free legendary gem in Diablo Immortal
From June 19– July 2, you can claim a Quality 2, 5-Star Blood Floe Legendary Gem as a gift from Battle.net.
To obtain this Legendary Gem you must be Level 30 or above and link your Diablo Immortal and Battle.net accounts. For more information on how to link your accounts, visit here. Only one gift may be claimed per account.
After claiming this reward, it may take up to 2 hours for it to be delivered in-game. If it has not yet arrived after 2 hours have passed, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Click the “Switch Character” button, go back to the server selection UI, and re-enter the game.
- Click the “Leave Game” button and wait at least 15 minutes before re-launching the game
