All real money purchases are considered final. However, in certain situations you may be able to request a refund for an order. To request a refund:
- Log in to the account you purchased the item on.
- Go to the Battle.net Support Site.
- Select Payments
- Select Refunds
- Select Continue
The system will then review your recent orders and assess if any are eligible for a refund.
