Didn't Receive Ethereal Crests from Triumphant Satchel of Ethereal Crests

- I haven't reached weekly cap yet and I'm missing crests
- Didn't get all the Ethereal Crests I should have
We have received several reports that using using the Triumphant Satchel of Carved Ethereal Crests while already at the Crest cap results in the Satchel being consumed without granting any Crests. Our developers are currently investigating this issue. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
