- I can't unlock Phase Diving
- The platform for Phase Diving can't be clicked
The ability to use Phase Diving is only available after completing Chapter 3 of the K'aresh story, which concludes with the quest "The Tabiqa". The Reshii Wraps needs to be equipped and the tutorial questline for Phase Diving needs to be completed.
The Phase Diving tutorial begins at the Oasis with the quest, "Another World".
