Purchased Hashimoto Kiriko Bundle, Did Not Receive Hashimoto Skin
Common Problems
- I purchased the Hashimoto Kiriko Bundle, and it didn't give me the Hashimoto Kiriko skin
- Bought the new Kiriko bundle but the skin didn't unlock
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. If you previously bought the bundle and did not unlock the skin, you will only have been charged for the other cosmetic items in the bundle. You can repurchase the bundle to unlock the Hashimoto Kiriko skin on its own. You will only be charged for the skin itself and not the cosmetics you already own.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
