Can't Restart Quest "Volpin the Elusive" After Abandoning (Legion Remix)

- I abandoned the quest Volpin the Elusive and I can't find a way to restart it
If you have abandoned the quest, seek out an NPC in your character's class hall. If the NPC is missing, you may not have unlocked that follower yet. In such cases, continue with your class hall questchain to be able to accept Volpin the Elusive again.
