1.Before requesting deletion of personal information, you must delete your account yourself. 2. Once the account deletion is completed, you must apply using the authentication method (mobile phone) in your name without logging in.

3. If a legal representative requests immediate deletion of a child's account under the age of 14, a legal guardian document proving the family relationship must be attached.

• You can send a copy of resident registration or a certificate of family relationship issued within the last 3 months after covering the back of the resident registration number.

4. All purchased or registered products will be removed. Your CD-Key for Overwatch, Call of Duty, Warcraft: Reforged, StarCraft, StarCraft II, Diablo II, Diablo III, etc.) will also be deleted and you will not be able to register or use them with any other Battle.net account.
