If you believe that your custom game or team name was actioned incorrectly, please visit our Account Restrictions page, which will have details on restrictions (including when those restrictions expire (and how to appeal, if applicable) that are active on a Battle.net Account. We also send penalty details to the email address associated with the Battle.net Account.
