The size of your Heroes of the Storm installation will increase a bit after each patch. This is because data from previous installations remains so you can watch replays from older versions of the game.
You can uninstall the game and reinstall from the Battle.net Desktop app to reduce the size of your installation. Watching replays from previous versions of the game will download older data and increase the installation footprint again.
