Unable To Shift-Right-Click on Azerite Armor

If you are unable to shift-right-click on a piece of Azerite armor on a single character:

1. Disable Character-Specific Key Bindings:
   1. Open the Help menu by pressing the Esc key
   2. Click Key Bindings
   3. In the top of the Key Bindings interface, uncheck the box that says Character Specific Key Bindings
   4. Click Apply and close out of the window, then test again
2. Reset the User Interface.
3. Ensure the equipped item is of the character's primary armor class.

If you are unable to shift-right-click on a piece of Azerite for all characters, reset your Key Bindings:

1. Open the Help menu with the Esc key
2. Click Key Bindings
3. At the bottom of the Key Bindings interface, click Reset To Default
4. Click Okay and close out of the window, then test again
