Right of Withdrawal

For residents of the European Economic Area, the right of withdrawal applies to any purchase of game software which requires a download and which has not been used for 14 days after purchase.

Upon purchase, you acknowledge your right of withdrawal is waived when you click the "Play" button in the Battle.net App, or otherwise access the game software. For any other digital content, product, or service, your right of withdrawal has been waived upon purchase.
