- I bought Reaper of Souls Digital Deluxe or Collector's Edition and I didn't get the pet
- I upgraded my account with Reaper of Souls but I don't see the goblin!
- I have the Digital Deluxe but I didn't get any reward.
These rewards are delivered to your in-game mail system. Click the glowing envelope icon in the lower left of your screen to open your mail and claim your items.
Try these steps if the rewards were not delivered to your mail.
- Close the game and restart the Battle.net desktop app.
- Start the game, then create a new character to refresh the cache.
- If step two doesn't solve your problem, check your Order Status to make sure the purchase is completed.
- If the order is complete, a password reset may cause the items to appear.
If these steps still don't solve your problem, contact customer support.
