- Hero Gallery items are gone
- All skins in Overwatch 2 are locked
If you appear to be missing all your Overwatch 2 skins, make sure that you are logging into the correct Battle.net account and that you have merged any console accounts with Overwatch progress to your Battle.net account. Unless you are logging in to the correct account and have the correct console accounts merged to it, you will not see your cosmetic items.
If you're unable to log into your Battle.net account, please contact us.
If a recent Overwatch 2 Coins, Overwatch League Token, or Overwatch Watchpoint or Starter Pack purchase is not showing up, check your Order History to see if the purchase was completed successfully. Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery after orders show as shipped.
