You may need to refresh your character list for newly transferred characters to appear on your character select screen.
- Select the realm you transferred your character to.
- Create a new level one character on that realm and log in.
- Delete the newly-created level one character.
- Exit the game and delete your Battle.net Cache folder.
If your character is still missing when you log back in, contact us.
