Setting Up

To participate, you need to authorize and login with your personal Twitter account. If you would like to receive email notifications you can also add and verify an email address. Once you've chosen your preferences (you can change these any time in the Settings Menu), click the Unanswered feed button at the top and Tweet away!

How To Use

Get the app!

Reply, Like, and Re-Tweet incoming questions as normal. If a Tweet appears to be irrelevant, click the trashcan icon to remove it from your feed. Pinning a Tweet will keep it in your personal Pinned feed. You can also review and add to ongoing conversations in the Answered feed.

You will receive notifications whenever somebody likes or responds to your Tweets, and you can see how many other players you have helped in the Stats section. From the Stats section, you can also connect with and discover more about other Blizzard experts who are helping on Twitter.

We know that being a helpful member of the Community is often a reward unto itself, but we also want to show our appreciation and find ways for everyone to explore this role for themselves. We've seen many helpful players reach out to their fellow players to help clear up confusion and provide guidance and advice. Will you be among them?

Leaderboards

Participants are able to earn points in whichever categories they select. The more players you help with your authorized Twitter account the more points you'll earn.

Note: Due to a technical limitation with the current system, leaderboards can only list lifetime contributions. We will be using the number of valid tweets within a season to determine that season's winners.

Seasons

Much like the seasons in Diablo, though with much less demonic corruption, seasons are not fixed in length. They are reset prior to major patches, launches and events. We will be announcing new seasons through the @BlizzardCS twitter channel.

Rewards

We hope to introduce a wide range of rewards for participants who have helped players the most in their category during a season. Rewards may range from Battle.net Balance, Game Time, Virtual Pets, and to BlizzCon Virtual Tickets. We hope to have more details at a later date.

In addition to seasonal rewards we are looking into awarding special rewards based on lifetime milestones that are reached. More details on this feature in the future!

Wall of Fame

Previous season winners will be memorialized on our Wall of Fame, paying respect to some of the best our community has to offer.
