Unable to Use StarCraft II Free Name Change

If you have a Character Name Change available, you can access it in-game by following the steps below:

1. Left click on your character portrait in the upper right corner
2. Click the gear icon next to your current name
3. Click Change Name
4. Enter a new name
5. Click Change Name

Accounts are limited to one name change per season. If an account has already used its free name change for a season it will receive the error "Name change is currently unavailable. A new name change will become available after the next season roll."
