This article will show you how to make purchases on the Battle.net desktop app, Battle.net mobile app, Battle.net web shop, and on the Blizzard gear store. 

Battle.net Desktop App and Web Shop

  1. Open the Battle.net Desktop App or navigate to the Battle.net Shop using your browser.
  2. If using the Battle.net Desktop App, select the Shop tab from the navigation menu options, then select the game franchise you wish to purchase a product for.
  3. Browse the categories and subcategories until you find the product you wish to purchase. (You can use the search function to find a specific item or use the navigation bars to browse by product category.)
  4. When you find the product you wish to buy, select it to see more details, such as price and product descriptions. 
  5. Select Buy Now to purchase the item for your account, or Gift to purchase the item for another account. 
  6. Select your payment method from the drop down menu.
  7. Enter your payment details and select "Continue to Payment" or "Pay Now" to complete your purchase. (You can also opt to cancel your order from this screen). You will see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt for your purchase. 

Battle.net Mobile App

  1. Open the Battle.net Mobile App on your device.
  2. Tap the "Shop" button from the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Browse Shop" button or use the search function to find a specific item.
  4. Browse the categories and subcategories until you find the product you wish to purchase.
  5. When you find the product you wish to buy, select it to see more details, such as price and product descriptions. 
  6. Select Buy Now to purchase the item for your account, or Gift to purchase the item for another account. 
  7. Select your payment method from the drop down menu.
  8. Enter your payment details and select "Continue to Payment" or "Pay Now" to complete your purchase. (You can also opt to cancel your order from this screen). You will see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt for your purchase. 

Blizzard Gear Store

  1. Navigate to https://gear.blizzard.com/
  2. Browse the categories and subcategories until you find the product you wish to purchase (You can use the search function to find a specific item or use the navigation bars to browse by product category.)
  3. When you find the product you wish to buy, select it to see more details, such as price and product descriptions. 
  4. Select Add to Cart to add the item to your cart.
  5. Select "Checkout" to review your cart and confirm your purchase. You can also add or remove items from your cart at this stage.
  6. Enter your payment and shipping details and select "Pay Now" to complete your purchase. You will see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt for your purchase.
