Missing Sets or Individual Items From a Set in Transmog Collections

Only completed sets will show on a transmogrification vendor to select from.

Partially completed sets can be viewed in the Appearance tab under Sets.

Some sets have a combination of class specific gear and also non-tier pieces that multiple classes can use which match the set that are considered part of the full transmog set.
