Common Problems
- Error: Game completed and recorded! Restart Hearthstone to Continue
- Error: "There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again"
- Error: "Encountered some network issues while reading your card collection. Please re-launch your Hearthstone client and try it again."
- Error: "You were disconnected from your (last) game. Reconnecting…"
- Stuck on "You were reconnected to your game. Resuming…"
Before trying any of the following steps, check for outage information on Twitter @BlizzardCS, the technical support forums, or wait a while and then try again.
Try closing and relaunching the game. If you are not reconnected right away, wait a few minutes and try again. This will give the Hearthstone servers time to load your account data.
If the issue persists, please close the game, log into the game on another region, close the game, then log back into your usual region again.
