I can't start the quest A Personal Summons from the Warchief's Command board

Cataclysm Questlines for Deepholm and Mount Hyjal can still be picked up at the Warchief's Command/Hero's Call Board.    Some questlines can cause phasing in Stormwind/Orgrimmar, please make sure all starting quests for Expansions such as the Legion quest line have been completed.
